Revelation Within On the Go!
Revelation Within equips people with life-giving, grace-infused mind renewal tools to deepen their intimacy with Jesus so that counterfeit comforts (like overeating) lose their allure, and the joy and hope of Jesus fills their lives, satisfying their souls.
In our podcast we talk about mind renewal, tips and tricks for getting and staying free from counterfeit comforts like overeating (over-scrolling, over-drinking, over-anythinging...)
We began as Thin Within in 1975, a pioneer in intuitive, mindful eating back when diets were in their hey day! Thin Within has taught people how to tune in to their body's natural signals of hunger and satisfaction, remaining present with their meals and delighting in tastes and textures--and the Lord!
In the 1980s, Thin Within became a Christian ministry, showing people that the emptiness that they have felt and often filled with food that their bodies don't require, was really placed in there to be filled full with God through Jesus. He wants to set us free from all strongholds!
We rebranded our ministry and our podcast in 2023 to Revelation Within.

Revelation Within On the Go!
Testimony: Anxiety, Depression, and the Path to Peace
Do you ever feel like your mind is your own worst enemy? Are you constantly battling negative thoughts, anxiety, or depression? What if there was a way to not only manage, but actually renew your mind for a healthier, happier life? In our latest episode, we talk with Tambrey Meisel and Heidi Harner, two special guests who have experienced this transformation firsthand through our Mind Renewal 101 class.
Tambrey and Heidi both share their initial hesitations and the spiritual warfare they encountered when they first joined the class. They reveal how this psychological struggle gradually turned into a life-changing experience that brought them closer to their God-given purpose. The class, they reveal, equipped them with the tools to capture negative thoughts and hand them over to Jesus. This connection with Jesus brought about peace and tranquillity in their lives that they had never experienced before.
The conversation doesn’t end there. Tambrey and Heidi delve into the importance of safety and gratitude throughout their journey. They share their victories and their failures. They remind us that God loves and convicts us, rather than condemns us. Listen in to this powerful discussion and discover key takeaways from two participants' experience with our Mind Renewal 101 class that can be applied in everyday life to enhance your spiritual connection. So, are you ready to renew your mind and change your life?

Hi and welcome to Revelation Within on the Go. I'm Heidi Wildsmatt, I'm one of your hosts and the owner and lead coach of the Revelation Within ministry, and I'm Christina.
Speaker 2:Motley, your other host, also a Revelation Within coach and Heidi's partner in all things Revelation Within. We are so happy to invite you to this very, very special episode of Revelation Within.
Speaker 1:All right. Well, today we have two very special guests. This is so much fun and they are two gals that we met when they signed up for our Mind Renewal 101 class. I think it was last summer. Was it last summer or fall, or which I think so? Yeah, and so we have Tamre Meisel and Heidi Harner joining us today. Welcome.
Speaker 2:Welcome. We're so glad you're both here, so so glad.
Speaker 1:Christina, why did we invite these two ladies in particular to talk about Mind Renewal 101?
Speaker 2:Well, you know what that class was amazing, wasn't it? I'm back to that class and it was absolutely amazing. And these two absolutely beautiful, radiant ladies came to the class on the very first day with tears and really, really discouraged and just really struggling with all kinds of things. And by the very end of the class even actually by maybe the third time we were just seeing these huge changes in them. That's not what the class was doing or what we were doing. That was what God was doing. Yes, it was so beautiful and amazing and really by the end, they were just glowing, both of them.
Speaker 1:That's why Yay, we're just going to visit with these two ladies about their experience.
Speaker 2:We are all on the journey, all of us together, imperfectly but gloriously, with the Lord. So we're just so excited to have you both share with us today.
Speaker 1:Yay, all right. So, ladies, heidi, let's start with you. What initially made you want to sign up for the 101, the Mind Renewal 101 class?
Speaker 3:Well, several years ago, maybe even five or six, I don't remember I took a thin within class with you and Christina and it was so different because it was you guys were talking about Mind Renewal and all the tools and all this stuff to get yourself in alignment with God's purpose and plans for specifically eating, and all that stuff for that class. But I was really intrigued by the Mind Renewal part of it because I could see that that could apply to any issue in your life, your entire life, and it just made so much sense. But I think during that first class I didn't really catch on with me and then I kept getting your emails and I was reading them and just really, really looked forward to those emails. And then I think you just came up, you offered the Mind Renewal 101 class and I thought, okay, I want to do this again and I'm just so glad I did because it was. It was life changing.
Speaker 1:Yay, yeah, it was just it was wonderful.
Speaker 3:So I finally caught on.
Speaker 1:Yay, yeah, oh, and you've been such a blessing to us too. Having you in that class was amazing, tamry. How about you? What made you want to sign up for the 101 class?
Speaker 4:The interesting thing with me is I knew nothing about thin within and did not even realize it was connected with thin within, and don't ask me how, but somehow I ran across. I don't know if it was an email, had to be, because I'm not on Facebook and I read this information on Mind Renewal and it said it was Mind Renewal 101 and you had for your basis Romans 12, two. And all of a sudden I'm like I have worked so hard at that verse, trying to transform myself. I can't do it. I wonder if they'll give me a new way to do it.
Speaker 4:And so I was with my friends who are both in their 80s, and I was telling about this class and I said I really want to do it, I just don't have the money. And with without even a minute, they looked at each other and they looked at me Now they've been married 67 years, so that might be part of it and they're wonderful, godly people and they said we'll give it to you for your birthday and Christmas. And they know that it was going to be so life changing for me. And look what I know. Just before the first class started, I was like, oh, can I really even be doing this. Well then the first class came, and I was really thrilled. But that way then which I now realize is spiritual warfare I had decided to forget it. So I texted Heidi and said I wasn't coming back. So that's an idea of how my rough start was. But it was just incredible how what Satan wanted for evil, god used for good.
Speaker 1:Yes, and God got ahold of you and you came back, and you came back, and you came, and then you signed up for another one, and another one.
Speaker 4:Yes, this is my third time through, and one on one. You know some people it's a little bit longer, but in all honesty I keep resigning up because each time I'm able to go deeper with Jesus.
Speaker 2:Thank you to that couple. Yes, maybe they will listen they were.
Speaker 4:their names are Ralph and Louise.
Speaker 2:Ralph and Louise we love you, we love you. We're so grateful that God used you in such a mighty way and it has been so, so much fun, Tambre, to have you in our classes. And I mean really, even though the curriculum is the same, isn't each class so?
Speaker 4:different. I think it's different because the Holy Spirit woos you. You know like, okay, you're ready for this, you're ready to hear where I can take this from your head to your heart?
Speaker 2:Yes, Love that. Oh, I love that so much. So Tambre said that she hadn't heard of thing within. So that's so interesting to me because Revelation within is very, very new. And then Heidi had said that you know, of course you were with us years ago. So I just wanted to ask about the food and eating piece Was that something that brought you in? And then the mind renewal was what kept you or how did that work? You know what I mean.
Speaker 3:So I did weigh down I don't know if we're allowed to say that word here. I mean, it did work for me, but then it didn't include, I think, the depth that you guys worked on with the mind renewal and, like Tambre said earlier, how do you practically renew your mind? And you guys, with all these wonderful mind renewal tools, that was such a practical way to do that and it works and that's what I'm thrilled about. But, yeah, like the eating and food, I feel like I'm at a really peaceful place with that in my life. It's not such a struggle anymore. I definitely have times and days, as we all do, but yeah, that burden has been lifted from me and I just now I don't know it's just easier to focus on Christ and I feel definitely more of a groundedness and subtleness and peace, even going through hard stuff. And I think a part of that is knowing the truth that my problems, my, you know, and sometimes they seem little or trivial but they really matter to him.
Speaker 3:And he can cut through all that stuff and just really speak into my heart and that's where I think Tambre said earlier too, I love that. It comes from your head down to your heart and that's where it stays for me and I, you know, I have to check in several times throughout the day and that's what I love this concept of my renewal on the fly, because you don't have to do it for 30 minutes and if I can, I love that, but you can't all the time. So just that, checking in with him, sometimes hourly, and that's just been huge, because I used to have this pretty normal habit of a Christian where you can have your little quiet time in the morning and I love that, and journaling and stuff, but then you'd go on with your day and things would happen and I would get just blown and tossed all over the place with my emotions and feelings and not understand how to deal with it in a healthy way. I liked just the constant checking in with the Lord throughout the day and I think that's a huge part of that is this mine renewal, all these tools, and I've kind of broken it down to like three, two or three favorite tools and I was really overwhelmed at first.
Speaker 3:With what are? They're 80. Now I have to do all these. Yeah, it was a little much. Now I'm like, okay, I get it, and everyone can just gravitate towards their favorite, yes, my renewal tool, or one that speaks to them the most. Yeah, so that's what I do.
Speaker 1:Yeah, and what's fun is you can also rotate them out, like if I get up one morning and I like I need something new, I can try a different one. Yeah, it's great.
Speaker 3:Yeah, I do love the variety and I did buy that book, the workbook of the Myron Newell Tools, and I go through it and I haven't done them all, and so I look forward to learning more.
Speaker 2:So good. I'm so glad you shared that, heidi, thank you so much. I mean all of what you just shared. We just we have so many listeners that might have been asking that question, so I just wanted to ask that of you. Tambre, did you want?
Speaker 4:to share anything about that. When I signed up, it was revelation within, so I had no idea it was even connected to anything with food, which is good. God knew that. But for my issue, it was staying within the budget. The spending I had have been off credit cards. I was and I'm still working on getting them all paid off, and it looks like I will be doing that soon, either the end of December or the end of January, which is a huge blessing.
Speaker 4:Nonetheless, it was like all self effort and so a lot of me joining that was to see how can I renew my mind, especially in the area of finances, and that's where I was focused. Ironically, weight has been an issue with me off and on, and I have done every diet you can probably think of and then some as the byproduct of me renewing my mind and just really focusing on Jesus and I think I have to say practically applying and doing the homework that Heidi gave, even though it seems like a lot. You just take it apart and do like literally five minutes at a time. Yes, that what I what I think is the most remarked difference. But aside from that, I ended up losing 16 pounds and I was not even trying to lose weight during that first 101.
Speaker 2:Oh my gosh.
Speaker 4:I was blown away For the first time in my life, I wasn't focused on food. I wasn't focused on what can I eat or what I can't eat. My whole focus was simply on listening, renewing my mind so God could transform me, because prior to class I kept thinking okay, after renewing my mind, then I can be transformed for God to use me In your class. The paradigm shift was you renew your mind and then God transforms you himself. So that whole paradigm shift was really mind-blowing and it changed everything. So my whole focus and my whole preoccupation during that entire class, week one and week two where you know, week two is when I really got into it, when I had decided, all right, I am coming, heidi's right, I need to go ahead and try it one more week. And from that week on I just applied myself and did it practically. So you know there is discipline involved. But because I was focused on what Jesus wanted and it taken the focus off, food had taken the focus off, diet had taken the focus off, what will people think? Life happened and changes happened and I didn't even realize it. It was just incredible.
Speaker 4:I think maybe the fourth and fifth week, two different people in my choir made some comment to me about what are you doing. I said what do you mean? What are you doing? Well, I don't know how to describe it. You're just different and so it was neat. And I just smiled and I said, well, I'm taking a class on Romans 12-2 and I'm working on renewing my mind and Jesus is doing the rest. And they looked at all. The one looked at me and thought it was great. The other looked at me like okay.
Speaker 2:Wow, tambray. I'm so glad I asked this question yeah.
Speaker 4:I was scared because I didn't want people to get the wrong idea. I hadn't seen the doctor for a while and when I saw her she had commented on my weight and she said what are you doing? I said I'm honestly not trying to do anything with it and I told her what I was doing. And it was interesting because she knows I'm a Christian. But for her to see me with the joy and with the lack of, I guess, desperation I've had in the past about why can't I get this off, you know, type thing, was shocking to her, and so she was so much more willing to listen. What was behind what I was doing? Awesome, it was just, it was a god thing.
Speaker 2:Oh, my goodness, both of your stories are so beautiful and so even better than I knew. God is amazing. God is amazing, oh my goodness.
Speaker 1:What was life like for you before you learned the things you learned in mind renewal 101?
Speaker 3:Heidi, let's start with you. You know I think I mentioned I was a I've been a Christian for well since I was a teenager, so I had developed a nice habit of quiet time, reading scripture, prayer and journaling. But then you know, you kind of go on with your day and you don't really know how to bring that with you. So I don't know if that's just a maturity thing. I mean, I'm sure it is but just the deeper you dive into his word and believe his word, I think those things start happening. But the mind renewal tools on the fly, again, it was so helpful because you can bring it with you throughout the day.
Speaker 3:I was definitely dealing with anxiety and depression. I'm an artist and you know we artists have this melancholy kind of attitude and we even like to be in melancholy. And it's a weird thing because I love to feel deeply, I love the emotions that I have, but sometimes they can kind of beat me up and I don't like that and I could quickly go down into a spiral of negativity and depression and I could stay there for gosh days, weeks, months sometimes. So yeah, I feel like now I have such a better handle on my emotions and catching it. You know I love that scripture taking captive your thoughts, and that was always kind of an abstract concept for me as well. But now I'm like, okay, I see this. I, the moment I see this negative thought or something that I don't want to entertain for a long time because it'll bring me down, I immediately stop and acknowledge it and then just hand it over to Jesus and I can do a quick meditation or something like that. It sort of gets it out of my system in a way.
Speaker 3:I don't know if this makes sense to anybody, but it's different than just hanging on to it and ruminating on it so all that said, I guess before learning some of these tools and just spending this time with you guys in the class I mean that was just so much fun and I definitely want to take more classes in the future because that that's really helpful, you know, just having the camaraderie of everybody going through tough stuff, because life is just tough and life is glorious as well definitely I feel more connected to Jesus after doing this and continuing to do this.
Speaker 3:Also, I like that he does the transforming. He prompts me when I need to take a break or take a time out and just be with him for a minute or more. He usually does it and I love that because I can just go on with my own thing usually and forget. But I don't know, I think just that it's so wonderful being connected to him, but I don't want to ever lose that. I just I do not want to let that slip and I know I'm safe in that because if I do because I'm human and I probably will he will always be there to prompt me, to bring me back to him, to whisper in my ear, to show me something or remind me of truth, and that that's just a wonderful place to be because I don't really have to worry about drifting too far yay, oh, I love that, heidi.
Speaker 2:You mentioned on the fly a couple times and I was just going to ask what does that look like for you, in case somebody doesn't really understand what that means.
Speaker 3:Yeah, so if I find myself ruminating about some negative thought or emotion or memory, or even projecting negative stuff in the future, I just catch it I don't know, that must be the spirit just catching it and bringing it to my awareness, and then I can just quickly go. Okay, jesus, come into this time of minor renewal with me, even if it's 10 seconds, 30 seconds a minute, and it doesn't take long at all. And wherever I am in the car, in the house, out and about, whatever you know, 3am laying there going, oh my gosh, I have so many worries. That on the fly is really helpful when, if you're a busy person, which most of us are, and it's just again that continual connection with him that is pivotal. It's like you don't have to spend four hours meditating. You can do this, anyone can do this, and Christina is always saying that. I love that.
Speaker 3:One of my favorite my renewal tools is in any situation you can say Lord, what is good about this? Christina and Heidi talk about this all the time and that's one of my favorites, because you can usually always find something to be grateful for. That is good, you know the sun shining, the breeze, the comfort of your home, a good cup of coffee. You know just things like that. So those are just simple things, but yeah, they do help me to cultivate gratitude and I think that's a super, super way to change your thinking, change your mind, with him.
Speaker 2:No.
Speaker 1:I love it. Tambray, paint a picture for us about life before Mind Renewal 101 and the things you learned about how to renew your mind. What was life like for you?
Speaker 4:Before I signed up for 101, I had been really, I would say, extremely desperate, and it might have been 2019. One of the the it was our maintenance manager and he committed suicide here at the apartments and that really took me down. That was a very tough, tough time for me because he used to come by every day to say myself and I have a service dog, and so I had developed a real great rapport with him and he was a younger man, considerably younger than me. I had a real hard time working through that. And then the following I believe it was August I found this course I could take and however long it took you to go through it, it ended up taking me approximately March of the following year. That's right, my dad's birthday is March was March 5th, and so March of the following year I completed the course and it was good.
Speaker 4:It was a secular one, and I kept saying to myself and to my few close friends, my mentor, I need something spiritual, I don't have the spiritual end of this. Everything else I was doing and people were noticing changes, but there was not the spiritual aspect and, try as I might, I could not find the spiritual aspect anywhere. And then I found a book on Boundaries of the Soul by Dr Allison Cook and so I went through that and I really liked it and then was trying to find a place to plug in with that and couldn't. And it was still trying to find a place to plug in when I ran across shores. So, heidi, very similar to yours, still struggling very much with anxiety and depression and could spiral down Not that I'd want to, but did, couldn't understand why was such a, in my mind, a defeated and poor example of a Christian? Looking back, I'm not sure I was, but Satan had blinded me and convinced me that I was really no earthly good. I had done all the good I was going to do on the earth and there's nothing more for me to do. So that's how I was prior to coming into this course. So when I saw the Romans 12 to and I know it, I do see to them, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies acceptable and then be not conformed to this world, to be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that verse has been a part of me and I read the little blurb you had put about that course and I wondered would they say anything different to me about renewing the mind that I haven't heard before. It certainly couldn't hurt to check this out. And so I checked it out and then found the cost and everything.
Speaker 4:Essentially, the first couple weeks especially by the third week, which is when you guys said you started noticing the change in us I kept thinking is this really change, or is this just me? You know what I mean, because I couldn't believe how much my paradigm shifted. It was just absolutely amazing. And now I look back thinking, duh, this is what happens when you allow Jesus to lead you. But you know, it's different, because I spent years trying what I thought, but that that was the thing. I was doing it in my strength.
Speaker 4:I'm not an artist, I was a teacher and so perfectionism is my thing.
Speaker 4:It was like I have to get this right, I have to get this perfect, and obviously I never could. I think that's what led me to beat myself up more and more and get into this different spirals. You know, and you know, more than once my mentor would say to me are you God? You know, like, for instance, when my friend Brian died, because I kept thinking if I had done something different. Well, you know, I'm not God, and I needed to let go of that false guilt. That happened a lot during that first course to that's where I finally was starting to feel free by third week in the course, and part of it was really where we started identifying little t truths and big t truths as well as lies. I was very, very familiar with the lies. I just didn't know how to get them to truths and then when I would say something that was true and people would say, no, it's a lie, you guys came in and said a little t truth. I could comprehend that in a way that was much easier for me to understand.
Speaker 1:Thank you, tambray.
Speaker 2:In the class. You know, when you think back over the class and that time that you spent in the Word and with the Lord and really learning how to renew your mind, what are some things that really jump out or kind of stand out in your mind as the best things, kind of the ways that God really met you in that.
Speaker 3:The thing that just popped into my head because I asked God, what else should I say here? That very first class, the my Renewal 101, that Tambray and I were in last summer and all of us were crying and I was in a really dark place when I joined that class I had been dealing with a lot of anxiety and depression. My father had been oh, they found a tumor on his lung and we didn't know for a while if it was cancer or not. It just took forever, for some reason, for this diagnosis, but anyway, he's doing okay now. But during that time it just I don't know. It just was weird. It really threw me the thought of losing my father. He's 80 now and it didn't ever occur to me that I could be losing my father at my age. I'm 53 right now, so I still feel like I'm young and when I'm around him I'm 12.
Speaker 3:Just to say all that, I came to the class very upset, very depressed. I was having health problems myself and I was very scared for myself. If this helps anyone, I have Hashimoto's and I had a total thyroidectomy and I've been having complications with that for quite a while and it's just. It gets really frustrating dealing with this stuff and you come to a point sometimes where you're like, oh my gosh, I'm just gonna feel this awful way for the rest of my life and then you just get depressed. Anyway, all this to say, when I came to the class on that Zoom call and we were all sharing and I think it was the second time I shared I started crying. I don't know.
Speaker 3:It was a really safe place for me to be myself and not have to put on a nice face or a smile even. It was just a really all-encompassing feeling of peace and love. Jesus was there. It was very different from anything I've ever experienced, so I definitely recommend anyone interested to just take the class. Even though we're all across different parts of the States, we are connected through Christ and there is a warmth there and a love that I have never had before in any other kind of class. So that was really that's look out. To me is really different about this.
Speaker 2:Oh, that's, so special.
Speaker 1:Especially an online class for you to have had that sense of safety. I just am so thankful for that.
Speaker 3:That's a god thing, yeah because I'm a total shy introvert and I don't like to share a lot and I don't know. I just was able to let it all go Awesome.
Speaker 1:Yeah.
Speaker 2:Oh, thank you. Thank you for sharing that, heidi.
Speaker 4:Heidi, I have to second exactly what you say A safe place. You didn't have to put on a mask, there wasn't rejection for when you did cry and there wasn't condemnation for what you did say. Rather, there was unconditional love and acceptance, and I experienced it from the first week on too. It was absolutely amazing because, like you said, it was a god thing. I definitely felt Jesus was there, and Jesus is real in both of your lives. And, heidi, both you and Christina are real and it's neat to see that being real is okay, mess ups are okay and it's okay to cry. It doesn't make you bad with your crying or it's okay to share what you're really feeling at that time. It doesn't mean you're bad for feeling that, and the whole concept of badness wasn't even an issue with this class, which was very different from where I came from. I think the biggest thing that stuck out to me because I'm a visual person is on one of the weeks, heidi, where you broke down steps little by little and dealing with lies and failures. That just made so much sense to me, because I've had some medical issues, so I've had some trauma in the brain and so I don't comprehend as well, and I was absolutely amazed that I could understand everything, and not only understand it and process it. Now I know the Holy Spirit made a difference in that, but your explanations and your level of being able to break something down so elementary, so that those of us meaning me that sometimes don't get it can see how you arrived at those conclusions, and then we were able to take it and make the same similar things for us. And then the other thing that stuck out for me was the fact that you had that picture of the car on one of your videos that had fallen through the highway due to the road cave in and underneath, and that it made me think of a gully washer, because prior to coming to your class, I would have what my medical doctor called gully washers and she would simply say to me you're in a gully washer again, and she explained what they were. I mean, I understood it, but when I saw that picture the next time I saw her, I was like I have to show you my definition of a gully washer. And I showed her the picture of the car and she goes yep, that's where you were. Wow, she had shared that. You know, it's just a gully washer and you're gonna need to climb your way back out each time.
Speaker 4:But the neat thing is that if and when the gully washers come, they don't wash me away for weeks or even months at a time anymore, sometimes not even for a day, sometimes only maybe one or two hours, where I lose perspective and start to spiral. Yet, for whatever reason, the default conviction of the Holy Spirit not condemnation, but conviction of the Holy Spirit stops me, and I find myself saying that loud what am I thinking right now? I don't know, but I'm not thinking something wise because what I'm doing right now isn't very wise. And so then I'm able to backtrack a step or two. I think those are the three things that stood out to me. Safety is Heidi shared. That is number one, and I second what she said.
Speaker 4:Obviously, taking it for the third time, I can't get enough of it.
Speaker 4:I especially love also the issue of gratitude.
Speaker 4:I think it helps get our minds onto Jesus, which is where he wants it, but besides that it helps us realize things aren't as bad as we think they are. Unfortunately, I think I might be a little too vocal for my own good, and I have a gal who is very upset because her insulin wasn't coming in and I had taken her to pick it up and I said well, do you have enough? And she goes well, yeah, that's not the point, and I you know. And then she was right and I said well, you know, I'm so grateful that you have the insulin that you need, so we don't have to worry about this overnight. Yes, but, and then I went on and I said and it's so neat, you can just eat regular with your insulin. I said that really is a blessing, and you don't even have a walker. And she says yeah, I guess there is something positive about all this, isn't there? Whoops, this just happened two weeks ago and I was like whoops, I made it in this class too often, because now I'm rubbing off on her.
Speaker 1:Yeah, that's awesome, awesome really great wonderful Wow well, ladies, you've been amazing to interview. I guess I would like to ask if you could just leave the listener with one thing that you would want to be sure they got from this time that we've had together. What would that be? And whether it's something that you learned in my renewal 101 or something that God has given you. Whatever it might be.
Speaker 3:Oh yeah, there's a lot that I came away with and one thing it's not a my renewal tool, but I do remember you, heidi, talking about watching the chosen. If anyone is struggling with just an intimacy with Jesus or even having non-belief, watch the chosen. It is amazing. I absolutely love it, and every time he healed someone it just made me ball because it was like there I was, he was holding on to my head or he was hugging me or whatever. I just have this beautiful picture of those images from the movie which helps me.
Speaker 3:I'm also a visual person and as an artist, so that's definitely one thing. Watch the chosen it's a wonderful gift to us who struggle with some of that. But I guess the other thing everything I mean it's just such a great class. You're so real and honest and that helps us so much and just come into class as is. We don't have to put on a fancy look or air and we can just be ourselves and that you're truly living this out. Every time I listen to you guys I love the podcast too, by the way. I listen to it every week I just get so inspired and and so encouraged by you and your guests and I can't believe I'm a guest on here, so Heidi, I second what you said.
Speaker 4:I don't need to say a thing great though, in all honesty, the realism realizing that we are girls of Jesus just as we are and that he loves us and he loves us too much to leave us where we are, but gently invites us to grow along with that is just, there is hope and at first, there is no condemnation in Christ Jesus. However, I experience a lot of condemnation because, as children, you tend to see God as who the authority figures are in your life. I think through this class pride is class I was starting to, but through this class I got a new view of God being for me and that he does not condemn me. Conviction is different from condemnation, and where my default was before to berate myself and it still happens on occasion, but not near as much now my default is okay. What can I learn from this God? What are you teaching me? Thank you for showing me I'm human and it's okay that I made a mistake and that doesn't sound large, but that's huge for me.
Speaker 1:It's huge, many people.
Speaker 3:Can I ask you that, tambry, I'm the same way. It's like I actually like myself better now? Oh yeah, because I see who I am through his eyes. Oh, that's kind of cool, that's amazing it's huge really. It is so sorry to interrupt, tambry no, no don't be sorry, I'm perfect did Heidi?
Speaker 4:thank you so much thanks for what you shared wow, this has been amazing.
Speaker 1:Oh my gosh, I'm just floating on cloud nine.
Speaker 2:We are just so grateful, heidi and Tambry, that you've been here today. This is such a special time yes, yes for all of you out there who have also been with us. We're so grateful and we hope that you'll join us for our next podcast episode here at revelation within on that and come to mind.
Speaker 1:And all 101 too, bye, we'll see you next time. Bye.
