Revelation Within equips people with life-giving, grace-infused mind renewal tools to deepen their intimacy with Jesus so that counterfeit comforts (like overeating) lose their allure, and the joy and hope of Jesus fills their lives, satisfying their souls.
In our podcast we talk about mind renewal, tips and tricks for getting and staying free from counterfeit comforts like overeating (over-scrolling, over-drinking, over-anythinging...)
We began as Thin Within in 1975, a pioneer in intuitive, mindful eating back when diets were in their hey day! Thin Within has taught people how to tune in to their body's natural signals of hunger and satisfaction, remaining present with their meals and delighting in tastes and textures--and the Lord!
In the 1980s, Thin Within became a Christian ministry, showing people that the emptiness that they have felt and often filled with food that their bodies don't require, was really placed in there to be filled full with God through Jesus. He wants to set us free from all strongholds!
We rebranded our ministry and our podcast in 2023 to Revelation Within.

Speaker 1:Join me, won't you, for a praise fest, exalting our God for who he is and what he does for people. Exalting our God for who he is and what he does for people. Lord, you have created me and you have formed me. God, you want me not to fear. You have redeemed me. You have summoned me by name. Lord, I belong to you, I'm yours. When I pass through challenges, you are with me. You are the Lord, my God, my Holy One, my Savior. You have ransomed me. I am precious and honored in your sight. You love me, you are with me. You are the God of all comfort. You are my Father of all compassion. You comfort me in all my troubles. You raise me above my circumstances.
Speaker 1:Oh God, your love reaches to the heavens. Your faithfulness stretches to the skies and your righteousness is like mighty mountains. Your justice, o God, is like the great deep, and you preserve both man and beast. Your unfailing love is priceless. I can find refuge in the shadow of your wings. I feast on the abundance of your house, god, you offer me drink from the river of delights. With you is the fountain of life. In your light I see light.
Speaker 1:You are so consistent, god. You are so faithful. You made the world and everything in it. You are Lord of heaven and earth. You give all people life and breath and everything else From one man. You made every nation of men. You even determine the times and exact places where each of us will live. You want us to seek you, to reach out for you and to find you. You are not far from any one of us.
Speaker 1:In you, god, I live, I move and I have my being. I am one of your offspring. You command people everywhere to repent because you want a relationship with them, with me. You have clothed me with garments of salvation. You have arrayed me in a robe of righteousness. I'm not deserted. Your delight is in me. You are enthralled by my beauty. As a bridegroom rejoices over his bride, so will you, god, rejoice over me? Oh God, you look at my heart, not at my outward appearance, and my body is your chosen dwelling place on earth. You have purchased me to belong to you. You have made me worthy. You will finish the work that you have begun.
Speaker 1:The power that is at work in me is so obviously. You, by your Holy Spirit, lord, you are God of glory. You are Lord of love. You drive the dark of doubt away. You give immortal gladness. You are the ocean depth of happy rest. And, god, you are a fount of every blessing. Jesus, you sought me even when I was a stranger, when I was wandering far from you. You rescued me and bought me with your precious blood. Nothing can separate me from your love. Oh God, you are the King of heaven. You have ransomed, restored, healed and forgiven. You are the everlasting King. You have given grace and favor. You are slow to chide and swift to bless. You are glorious in your faithfulness. Swift to bless, you are glorious in your faithfulness. You are unchanging. You have deemed me worthy by the sacrifice of your Son. You are part of everything in my life. I am one with you. Lord, you sit enthroned. You are enthroned as king forever. You give strength to me and to all your people, and you bless me with peace, amen.
